I recently worked at Kaiser Permanente, where I led the redesign of the Digital Membership Card (DMC) and family management features, transforming critical healthcare interactions for millions of users. Through data-driven design and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, I delivered scalable, user-centered solutions that improved adoption rates and operational efficiency.

Previously, at J.B. Hunt, I contributed to the design of its Transportation Management System (TMS), focusing on freight planning, execution, and brokerage applications. As a founding member of the client’s user experience team, I helped redefine freight management and played a key role in solving complex challenges while driving the team’s growth.

When I’m not designing, you’ll often find me kayaking on a calm river, casting a fishing line, and soaking in the serenity of nature. Fishing grounds me and inspires creativity. I’m also a passionate home chef who enjoys experimenting with new recipes and recreating my favorite dishes, bringing people together over good food and conversation.
